This amazing husband-wife team started vending in 2015, offering a New York update to a healthy and delicious Japanese food, they call New York Maze Gohan. The culinary duo carefully selects ingredients - usually 15 or more! - in one bowl.
Each bowel has organic brown rice/ wild rice mix with cucumber, tomato, avocado, organic tofu, thinly cooked egg, then your choice of protein, Japanese style fried chicken, pork ginger, sea eel and organic tofu. Last but not least, savor their signature no oil Maze-Maze sauce which makes it perfect.
