Move over Einstein. This baker, who combines cookie with pie should definitely qualify as geniuses.
The caramel snickerdoodle cookie pie, the rocky road cookie pie, and of course the kitchen sink cookie pie which manages to combine potato chips with tart dried cherry!? Don’t even get us started on peanut butter cookies sandwiching strawberry preserves. They bake small-batch, handmade cookies, cookie pies, brownies and blondies baked with organic ingredients, never any artificial flavors, preservatives or colors for a taste that is wholesome and delicious.
Q: How and when did you get started with vending?
A: Started 2015. We started being at Grand Bazaar last June.
Q: What did you do before OR what else do you do, workwise?
A: I’m a stone carver/ sculptor. I restore NYC landmark buildings.
Q: What is your most memorable vending moment?
A: It has just happened last month, Food Truck Fest at Grand Bazaar. We had sold
out everything at 2:30pm.
Q: Do you have a favorite food vendor?
A: Jessie’s peanut butter cup.
Q: Why are you so passionate about markets?
A: We have just joined last year, but everyone at Grand Bazaar is very friendly and respectful. We already feel it’s home.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in NYC?
A: Running in Central Park.
Q: What is your favorite (NYC) restaurant?
A: Vezzo (Pizza, Italian)
